To achieve professional equality between women and men, the Act for the Freedom to Choose Your Professional Future subjects companies to an obligation of result by creating the “Index of Professional Equality Women-Men”. The publication of this index is under the Decree No. 2019-15 of January 8, 2019.

Declared as a great national cause of the five-year term by the President of the Republic, professional equality between women and men requires the mobilization of all. The Ministry of Labor takes action to put an end to wage inequalities between women and men and to fight against all forms of gender-based violence.

The Éléphant Vert index for 2019 is 81 points out of a maximum of 100, which is above the 75 points required by the decree. This score reflects the efforts and actions carried out in terms of equality by the Group since its creation.
