Its purpose is to present the ÉLÉPHANT HANT VERT Group, its products and services.
The Site is published by ÉLÉPHANT VERT FRANCE, whose contact details and legal information are provided in the Site’s Legal Notice alongside those of the Site’s Host.
Information on the collection and processing of personal data from the Site and on cookies is provided in the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Charter accessible on all pages of the Site.
Intellectual Property
ELEPHANT VERT FRANCE reserves the right to claim damages in case of infringement of its intellectual property rights.

The creation of hypertext links to the Site can only be done with the prior written authorization of ÉLÉPHANT VERT FRANCE. Furthermore, ÉLÉPHANT VERT France cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss, whether proven or alleged, resulting from the use of or reliance on the content, goods or services available on these external sites or sources.
Recruitment Area
The Recruitment section is managed by the Human Resources Department of the ÉLÉPHANT VERT Group. This section allows the User to consult the job offers of the different entities of the ÉLÉPHANT VERT Group, in metropolitan France and abroad. to apply for a job and/or to send an unsolicited application.
Each of the companies of the ÉLÉPHANT VERT Group to which the User applies via the Recruitment space is responsible for his application file from its reception, its processing to its archiving.
The Site does not intervene in the description and the contents of the offers put on line by all the entities concerned. It cannot be held responsible in this respect. For any question or request you may have concerning an offer posted on the Site, please contact the ÉLÉPHANT VERT entity concerned directly.
Responding to a job offer on the Site does not give the User any guarantee that his/her application will be accepted, even if the candidate matches the job profile. No contractual relationship will be created between the candidate and one of the entities of the ÉLÉPHANT VERT Group by sending an application or, unless otherwise specified, by a subsequent exchange of correspondence by electronic or traditional means. In the event that the candidate accepts a position offered by one of the entities of the ÉLÉPHANT VERT Group, the terms and conditions of employment will be described exclusively in an employment contract. The responsibility of one of the entities of the ÉLÉPHANT VERT Group will not be engaged in any way whatsoever in the event that the position is no longer available or in the event that the application would not be successful.
Responsability
In principle, the Website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of scheduled or unscheduled interruptions for maintenance purposes or in cases of force majeure. Being subject to an obligation of means, ÉLÉPHANT VERT FRANCE cannot be held responsible for any damage, whatever its nature, resulting from the unavailability of the Site.
By accessing the Site, Users guarantee that they have the skills, equipment and software required for its use and, more generally, for use of the Internet. - Modifications
ÉLÉPHANT VERT FRANCE reserves the right to modify and update the present GTU at any time without prior notice. The user is invited to consult them regularly. The use of the Site will be subject to the GTU’s in force at the time of use.
- Integrality
In the event that one of the clauses of these GTU’s is invalid due to a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this will not affect the validity and respect of the other clauses of the GTU.
- Applicable Law
The Site and its content are governed by French law, and any dispute relating thereto, which could not be settled amicably, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court’s ruling in the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris (France), even in the event of a warranty claim or multiple claimants.
