Fruit Fly Mania is an effective food-based attractant bio-solution that attracts several species of fruit flies: Bactrocera dorsalis, Batrocera cucurbitae, Ceratitis capitata and Ceratitis cosyra. By attracting both males and females through hydrolyzed proteins and capturing them via traps or killing them immediately via insecticides, the reproduction of the fruit fly is disturbed as well as the laying of the females is reduced, thus limiting the development of the second generation.
